What this meeting costs — Apple Watch app · Last updated 19 October 2026

This app records your purchases, and the identifiers that come with them. There is no account, no usage analytics and no tracking. Your rate and your receipts stay on your Apple Watch and are never sent anywhere. What the app does send — to Apple for purchases, and to RevenueCat with an anonymous ID and a device identifier — is described below.

What is stored, and where

Everything the app remembers is stored on your watch, in the app's own storage:

None of this leaves the device. It is not backed up to any service we operate, because we operate none.

Network use

All network use is about purchases, and none of it carries what you typed: no rate, no receipts, no presets, no name and no Apple Account.

When the app starts, it asks the App Store for the two products and their prices in your currency, and asks again on returning to the screen only if the prices have not arrived yet. Every time the app starts or comes back to the screen, the RevenueCat library checks in with its own service: it fetches its settings, the list of products, and the purchase status of this installation.

When you buy the one-time unlock, leave a tip, or restore a previous purchase, Apple performs the transaction through the App Store; we never see your payment details, your Apple Account, or anything else about you. The RevenueCat library then reports the transaction — product, price, currency, date. It also reports, by itself, a purchase it finds on the watch that it has not reported yet — for example after the app is reinstalled — and every change the App Store announces to the watch: a purchase restored, shared through Family Sharing, or refunded.

Every request to RevenueCat carries:

If their service is unreachable, the app behaves exactly the same: purchases are verified by Apple on the watch, not by RevenueCat. A tip is reported the same way, and it still unlocks nothing — the app does not remember whether you left one, and cannot tell you.

Third parties

One: RevenueCat, which receives the requests described above and nothing else. We use it to see sales totals. Purchases themselves are verified and delivered by Apple — RevenueCat is bookkeeping, not a gatekeeper. There is no advertising library and no usage analytics library.

Tracking

The app does not track you across apps or websites and does not use the advertising identifier. Its privacy manifest declares no tracking. In the App Store privacy label, the purchase records and the identifiers above appear as collected, not linked to your identity and not used for tracking.

Children

The app is rated 4+. It treats everyone the same way, of any age: what it sends is described above, and nothing else.

Deleting your data

Two ways, both immediate and both entirely under your control:

Your rate, receipts and presets exist nowhere but the watch, so there is no copy of them for us to delete on your behalf. One thing outlives deleting the app: the purchase records held by RevenueCat, which stay on their service until they are deleted there. They are not linked to your name or Apple Account; if you want them gone anyway, write to the address below and we will have them deleted.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever starts doing something this page does not describe, this page changes first. The date at the top is the date of the most recent change.
